Travel LPNs assigned to Georgia earn up to $1740/week including non-taxed weekly stipend
Centurion is proud to be the provider ofcomprehensive services to the Georgia Department of Corrections.We are currently seeking aFull-time Night Traveling Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)to join our Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Phillips State Prisonlocated in Buford GA.Our travelers have opportunities throughout the country and are full-time benefit-eligible Centurion employees.
TheLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
Qualifications
- Georgia LPN license or ability to obtain license
- Compact Licensure preferred
- Must live 50 miles or more from facility.
- At least two (2) years of LPN experience
- Must have open availability to travel throughout the state of Georgia as needed per contract needs
- Current CPR
- Corrections experience not required but preferred
- Previous travel nurse experience preferred
- Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
