About the Role

The Market Expansionteam at ACES leads the national rollout of newsitesboththrough de novo launches and acquisitions. Our scopespansmarket evaluation diligence launch execution and post-acquisition integration. We ensure every new location is operationally sound clinically ready and aligned withACESstandards of care and growthobjectives.

As the Associate you will serve as the operational and analytical engine of thisfunction. You will evaluate new markets manageintegrationworkstreams and track site-level closely with partners acrossClinical Ops Talent Finance and Growth to ensure each site scales efficiently and sustainably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assistin due diligenceoperational integration andsynergytrackingofacquiredpractices

  • Build and manage project plans for de novo site launches and practice integrations

  • Create financial and operational models to support site planning and ramp assumptions

  • Develop dashboards and tools to track KPIs post-launch: referrals enrollments staffingutilization

  • Standardize and improve launch and integration playbooks across markets

  • Identifyoperational bottlenecks and drive resolution to accelerate ramp-up

  • Partner with Clinical and Talent teams to align staffing with expected client volume

  • Coordinate with Finance to align investments with return thresholds and payback timelines

  • Support new market evaluation through demographic payer and competitive analysis

  • Deliver structured updates on site performance and integration progress to leadership

Qualifications

Candidate Profile:

  • 2 years of experience in consulting investment banking or operational roles in healthcare or professional services

  • Strong analytical and project management skills with attention to detail and execution

  • Exposure to site operations M&A or healthcare delivery preferred

  • Proficiencyin Excel and PowerPoint; SQL or other analytical tools a plus

  • Clear communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

  • US work authorizationrequired

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force and lift/move up to 25 pounds

  • Direct work with clients may include without limitation the following physical demands: sitting kneeling squatting runningtwistingand turning reaching above shoulders and/or frequent physical transitions
