Job Summary

Description

Technical Skills:

Built accurate timely and professional estimates / proposal to provide the Converged Network for the various Building Solutions/ IBMS projects through Designing and engineering. IBMS includes - critical building systems including heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) building automation fire security (ACS CCTV Cameras) energy management etc. ICT Estimator needs to work with other IBMS estimators/SSC teammates to provide the cost effective converged network solution.

ICT Skillsets / Specialization:- Networking LAN/WAN Wireless communication Network Switches (L2/L3) Firewalls Routers Wireless controllers Servers Storage Virtualization Structured Cabling etc.

ICT certifications/awards such as Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) Microsoft (MCP) VMware etc. will be added advantage.

Developed knowledge on various system integration such as Security Fire alarm Public address Nurse Call Intercom AV IPTV Master Clock VoIP telephone communication etc. will be an added advantage.
100% adherence to Company HSE polies and set processes.

Perform risk analyses and inform to relevant stakeholders. Involved in technical risk review (TRR) initiations & in the operations risk risks / inputs for bid no bid decisions. Highlighting risks & contributing to 3rd party solution.

Provide Value engineered solution and consultative approach on factors to be used for competitive estimates.

Participate in various handovers (as applicable) to operations / engineering.

Analyse on alternative solutions for providing cost competitive solutions to the customer.

Contributing and tracking the regional preferences on estimations
Ensuring maximum serviceability on catering estimation requests
Escalating to the DL in case of lean workflow
Maintain / Aware of the current product ranges / technical skils on the ICT/Networking.
- Basic knowledge of new / upcoming offering / technology areas in ICT Vertical know how for Pharma Transportation.

Ensure continuous improvement culture and Support Honeywell Operating System / Kaizen process. Look for opportunities to improve as-is process to increase efficiency simplicity and margin.

Qualifications

BE in related discipline preferably Instrumentation & Control Electronics & Electrical Engineering etc.

Flexible Job working hours to suit regional requirements.
Working hours flexibility to meet deadlines.
Pre-sales process knowledge.
Ability to manage jobs and/ or projects to standards budgets.
Value engineered approach in all the deliverables.
MS office (Excel & word) competency.
