Job Summary
Leif Johnson Ford Buda Austin TX
Leif Johnson Automotive is growing and our Austin store needs a proven Service Advisor who loves helping customers and keeping the shop running smoothly. If you bring professionalism energy and at least two years advisor experience lets talk.
What youll do
Greet every customer listen to concerns and translate them into clear repair requests
Build accurate estimates and keep customers updated on status and next steps
Partner closely with technicians to deliver quality work on time
Close out ROs review findings / warranties and ensure each guest leaves confident in our service
Qualifications
To excel in this role you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 2years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using dealership management software and other relevant tools
