Job Summary and Responsibilities
Every day you will conduct daily vehicle inspections maintain sanitation report repairs and efficiently fulfill daily assignments under direct supervision.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate commitment to safety efficiency and exceptional customer service with strong attention to detail for vehicle maintenance and regulatory compliance.
- Drives vehicle from facility to shopping doctors office place of worship or other destination according to assigned schedule.
- Assists passengers into and out of vehicle.
- Operates radio cell phone or similar device to communicate with facility or other vehicles to report disruption of service. Updates residents etc as needed.
- Makes extended trips requiring irregular hours.
- Picks up residents in response to radio or telephone relayed request for service.
- Assists passengers with purchases.
- Ensures sufficient number of walkers are available in vehicle.
Job Requirements
- High School Graduate General Studies and Two years of related experience and/or training upon hire or
- High School GED General Studies and Two years of related experience and/or training upon hire or
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Drivers License: CA upon hire and
- First Aid within 90 Days
