Job Summary
Pay Range: from $33.75 - $45 per hour depending on years of experience
Centurion is proud to be the provider ofcomprehensive services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. We are currently seeking a Part-time Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse- Infection Controlto join our team at Baltimore Central Booking and Intake Centerlocated in Baltimore Maryland.
The Infection Control LPN develops and updates policies and procedures related to infection control with current standards of practice. This person ensures compliance and works closely with staff in prevention and control of infection.
Available Shift: 16 hours per week
Qualifications
Active LPN license to practice in Maryland
Minimum of two years of experience working in a public health or acute care setting with a focus on Infection Control
CIC Certification in Infection Control preferred
Experience working in corrections preferred
Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS
Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
