What Youll Do as a PRN PT
Perform functional mobility balance and strength assessments
Develop and implement individualized goal-driven treatment plans
Provide skilled PT interventions to improve mobility safety and independence
Educate residents and caregivers on mobility strategies and fall prevention
Recommend appropriate assistive devices and environmental modifications
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
What You Bring
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current or eligible Wisconsin PT license
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Passion for working with older adults with dignity and compassion
Flexibility and a collaborative mindset

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors masters or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
