Job Description:

We are seeking mid-to-senior level corporate associates with at least three (3) years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice with a focus on startup venture capital and emerging company representation for our Bay Area (Mountain View or San Francisco) Seattle Santa Monica or Boston* offices. Experience with or affinity for technology and/or life sciences companies is required. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral written and interpersonal skills are -house candidates are welcome to apply provided they have previous law firm experience. Candidates must be barred in the jurisdiction for which they are applying or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

The anticipated range for this position is:

$260000 - $390000
