At Copain we bring together the comfort of a neighborhood café with thecraft of a true boulangerie now expanding into full-service dining at our newBallantyne location. By day guests will find hand-crafted pastries naturallyleavened breads and artisan coffee while in the evening the restauranttransforms into a polished dinner experience. Were hiringa Server Assistant to help keep service running this roleyoull support servers run food clear and reset tables and take care of thedetails that make for a great guest experience. The position also offers roomto grow into other roles within the restaurant for those interested in buildinga career in hospitality.

What Youll Do

Assistservers with all aspects of table maintenance ensuring sections remain cleanstocked and guest-ready.
Run food to tables promptly and accurately communicating clearly with serversand kitchen staff.
Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guest keeping pace withthe flow of service.
Anticipate guest needs from water refills to table adjustments always aimingto enhance the dining experience.
Complete assigned sidework and station duties with consistency andaccountability.
