As aShipping and Receiving Clerk you will respond to customer inquiries. You are a crucial part of the customer relationship as you troubleshoot customer issues. You will maintain up-to-date inventory records retrieve stored data and reply to inquiries about inventory levels and delivery schedules. We offer great benefits and paid time off.
You will report to the Receiving Supervisor at the Little Rock AR Plant.
Key Responsibilities
Receive in raw materials packaging and labels at the plant location and 3rd party location
Verify CoA and paperwork matches then turn CoA into the QC department
Report PO shortages and damages to the OP team
Print GSHIS labels for raw material chemicals and materials received
Create pick tickets for material that are requested to ship to other plants
File incoming paperwork from vendors
Assist Receiving Administrator with costing tickets.
Assist Cycle count administrator with cycle counting
Review monthly reports for raw material and packaging
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Microsoft Office and prior SAP experience; preferred.
Read and comprehend policies procedures and business related correspondence.
Work 7am-4pm
