Position Summary: The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising production staff setting priorities to meet production goals and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. This role requires strong problem-solving skills mechanical aptitude and the ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels of the organization. Pay Range:$53664-$80896 Key Responsibilities: Supervise production staff and make recommendations as necessary. Set production priorities to meet established production goals. Monitor production efficiencies and downtime identifying and implementing solutions to improve performance. Ensure inventory accuracy through regular monitoring and process improvements. Address and respond to quality non-conformances. Schedule ADP or Cornerstone training and ensure all training requirements are met. Enforce plant safety policies and procedures ensuring a safe work environment. Experience: 1-2 years in a leadership role. 3-5 years in metal stamping or a similar manufacturing environment. Experience and training in the automotive components industry. Some college coursework preferred. Experience with CNC machining and shipping. Essential Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude to assist in troubleshooting. Effective communication skills at multiple levels within the organization. Ability to work long hours as needed. Basic computer knowledge.
