What were looking for in a Prep Cook
- 2-3 years experience in casual dining
- Knife skills range of cooking methods
- Attention to detail
- Cleanliness and organization is important to you
- Use correct tools to prepare all items in accordance with our recipes plate presentation and specifications
- Maintain clean area by following sanitation and safety standards
- Ensure product quality quantity appearance and temperature.
- Set up equipment verification of stock managing food orders
Physical Requirements of a Cook
Able to lift 25-50 lbs.
Exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length
