Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally
Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle information
Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle history mileage and manufacturer guidelines
Prepare detailed accurate estimates for parts and labor
Manage repair orders from write-up through delivery
Communicate timelines and provide consistent status updates to customers
Monitor repair progress and coordinate with technicians and management
Review completed work and invoices with customers clearly and confidently
Ensure customer satisfaction while maximizing service opportunities
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (dealership experience preferred)
Proven top performer with a strong track record in service sales and follow-through
Excellent communication organizational and time-management skills
Customer-focused professional with a polished respectful demeanor
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume service environment
