About the Position:
As a Service Advisor at Riata Ford youll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass:

- Providing precise and comprehensive estimates for repairs and maintenance services.

Qualifications
To thrive in this role you should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using dealership management software and other relevant tools.
