As a Regulatory Affairs Professional youll become an expert in biocidal and chemical product regulations across the EMEA region. Youll work in a matrix organisation collaborating with Regulatory Managers Specialists and cross-functional teams to deliver a complex regulatory programme that supports strategic business goals. Your role ensures compliance continuity of supply and customer confidence - helping Arxada maintain its reputation for excellence.

Your responsibilities:

• Create and maintain Hazard Communication documents and submissions (SDS labels Poison Centre notifications) for the EMEA portfolio.

• Perform impact assessments of the Adaptation to Technical Progress (ATP) updates to Classification and Labelling and develop clear plans to maintain compliance and continuity of product supply.

• Generate Summary of Product Characteristics (SPC) documents in IUCLID in support of the national authorisation BPR (Biocidal Products Regulation) work programme.

• Develop into the responsible person for the transitional BPR work programme for Wood and Materials Protection.

• Track and process payments to regulatory authorities.

Your experience and qualifications:

• A Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Chemistry or related field12 years experience in Regulatory Affairs within chemicals or biocides

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Commercial awareness and ability to simplify complexity to non-experts

• A proactive mindset able to manage multiple projects and thrive in a matrix team environment.

• Experience with IUCLID R4BP3 and SDS authoring tools (SAP EH & S)

• Working knowledge of BPR CLP REACH and related frameworks.
