This role is critical in defining the architecture of our AWS-based platform ensuring high performance security and seamless integration with clinical workflows. Beyond technical leadership this position mentors and empowers developers fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. By advancing accessibility to cutting-edge ultrasound technology this role directly contributes to earlier detection and improved patient outcomestransforming the future of healthcare.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-based software solutions on AWS /C#.
- Define and enforce best practices for software design security and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define build and evolve the cloud platform.
- Mentor and support developers through code reviews design sessions and technical guidance.
- Continuously improve system performance reliability and maintainability.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
- Lead technical planning and decision-making across projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
- Participate in team meetings to align on goals share insights and drive innovation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 8 years of software development experience with 3 years in a software architecture role.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering enterprise-grade SaaS platforms.
- Strong expertise in cloud architecture particularly AWS services (e.g. EKS (Kubernetes) EC2 S3 RDS CloudWatch IAM Secrets Manager API Gateway and ELB).
- Deep proficiency and C# with a solid grasp of scalable design patterns and performance optimization.
- Thorough understanding of microservices RESTful APIs and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g. healthcare FDA).
- Familiarity with healthcare or medical imaging systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to mentor and inspire engineering teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
