Position Purpose:We are looking for a Sales Development Representative! This personis responsible forperforming investigative research to qualify prospects (new business opportunities)monitorand report on leadactivities;and managing the marketing-to-sales pipeline. Effectiveutilizationof Salesforce and supporting technologies arerequired.

Responsibilities:
Generate outbound leads and opportunities through email prospecting and cold calling.
Prospecting usingSalesLoft and 6Sense.
Contact and lead research using ZoomInfoCognismand LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Management of sales data documents and correspondence in Salesforce&Hubspot.
Develop and manage activities to ensure the sales pipelineremainsfull of qualified leads& prospects.
Work together with SalesDirectorstoidentifynew opportunities and work withproductmarketing to further develop and nurture those opportunities.
Ensureaccurateand complete information is captured in customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Tenacity and the ability to overcome objections related to sales.
Outstanding communication skills and executive presence.
Requirements:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge: B2B technology or SaaS experience preferred.
Critical Thinking Skills- The successful candidate will have the ability to gather prospectpurchasingintent qualification define problems collect dataestablishfacts and inform the Sales VPs.
Behavioral Skills- The successful candidate will be self-directed work well alone or in a team structure highly results oriented and willing to learn and expand his/her technical knowledge base through formal education professional training and self-study.

Desired Competencies:
B2B Sales experience at any level.
Proventrack recordof using Account-based Marketing (ABM) to inform outreach efforts.
Ability and desire to drive change through high-energy can-do attitude comfortable working in a high-performance entrepreneurial open-door environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously.
Attention to detail / detail oriented.
Experience in manufacturinghospitalityor retail is an advantage.
