Required: High School Diploma or in process. Minimum 16 years of age. Work record that shows reliability initiative tact organizational skills honesty and productivity. Must be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe swimming environment for all patrons and staff. Must have strong interpersonal skills and work well with the public and other staff. Must be detail oriented with the ability to process information accurately and use independent judgment when needed. Must have or complete Mandated Reporter certification within 30 days of hire date.

Under the direction and supervision of the Superintendent of Recreation Assistant Superintendent of Recreation Facilities Manager Aquatics RVMG and Haines Manager Aquatics and youth Programs Supervisor Pool Manager and the Assistant Pool Manager the Pool Maintenance attendant shall complete assigned duties to the best of their abilities offering suggestions of better ways to accomplish jobs and be ever mindful of the best interests of the St. Charles Park District and of fellow employees.
