Join a team that celebrates your unique talents!National Youth Advocate Program has an excellent opportunity for a Mental and Behavioral health Clinical this role you will be responsible for the management quality and administration of the clinical programing by providing leadership and direct supervision for assigned staff. The Clinical Supervisor serves as a member of the management team ensuring sound clinical practices are provided to clients served with the ultimate goal of living safely and successfully in the community.

Responsibilities
- Provide supervision to staff.
- Screen referrals upon admission assigning cases and assuring all initial documentation completed in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of training plans for treatment and service team members.
- Provide direct supervision and clinical consultation and feedback to the treatment team
- Provide consultation and advocacy on behalf of clients with schools community agencies and other providers.
- Provide supervisory support to staff responding to after hours emergencies and crises based on program needs
- May be required to occasionally carry a caseload ofclients based on program needs.
- Provide weekly group and/or individual supervision.
- Review all new clients with assigned staff to identify immediate treatment needs and/or safety concerns.
- Review and cosign Individual Service/Treatment Plans and Diagnostic Assessments.
- Productivity may be required.
Minimum Qualifications
LISW or LPCC; required. LISW-S or LPCC-S preferred.
Experience in providing individual and family therapy.
Experience working in direct service with youth and families.
Strong leadership skills with an ability to motive and inspire staff.
Driving and Vehicle Requirements
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable personal transportation
- Good driving record
- Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100000/$300000 bodily injury liability
