WHAT YOULL DO:
As our Rental Coordinator you will be in a dynamic multi-faceted role that serves as our customers primary point of contact and ensures our customers have a great experience when renting equipment from Pape. Every day you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound rental and inside sales by phone and walk-in business providing outstanding customer service processing customer orders accurately and efficiently recording daily activity in detail to ensure timely follow-up on all future customer requests and more!

WHAT YOU NEED:
- Excellent computer skills including Word Excel Outlook and the ability to learn our internal computer systems.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Extensive knowledge of the rental equipment industry.
- Ability to operate various types of equipment.
- Forklift certified preferred but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
Compensation: $20-25/hr (Depending on Experience)
