Job Summary
Job Summary:
The Product Creation Analyst is responsible for completing/maintaining PLM style tech packs creating/maintaining released products in Dynamics 365 and ensuring that both systems are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledgeable of brand specific attributes and be able to recognize when a request for change is not correct.
- Understand and follow department and company SOPs pertaining to our department
- Ensure that all data is complete and correct on individual SKUs in all systems.
- Maintain accurate brand attributes (Costs Brand Codes Ship Points etc.) by updating the information in Dynamics when requested as well as the implications of those changes.
- Interacts with various departments to ensure accurate data.
- Communicate with co-workers management and others in a courteous and professional manner.
- Complete any additional tasks or assignments given by management team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Proficient using Microsoft Word Excel Outlook
- Must have good attention to details and ability to retain information
- Experience with Dynamics and PLM
