KEY RESULT AREAS:

Manage front desk area to include greeting and screening visitors answering incoming phone calls assisting customers vendors and colleagues & performing a variety of Data Entry & Customer Service tasks as assigned

SCOPE:

Muscle Foods USA a Division of EURPAC SERVICE INC is looking for a professional outgoing energetic person to join our team in this key support role.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet check-in and direct guests to the appropriate person
• Answer screen and forward incoming calls
• Respond to inquiries provide information and resolve basic Customer Service issues politely and efficiently
• Process customer return requests
• Data entry tasks as assigned
• Assisting vendors customers & colleagues as needed
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
• Sort mail and daily deliveries

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a team player with good attendance a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong data entry skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently
