Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead two critical functions: HR Shared Services and Talent Acquisition. This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on leader who excels at building efficient HR processes driving operational excellence and delivering an exceptional employee experience.
You will oversee the full talent acquisition lifecycle manage a centralized HR service delivery model and ensure that HR processes transactions and systems are standardized and optimized across the organization.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Lead develop and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to deliver high-quality recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
- Partner with business leaders to anticipate workforce needs and provide consultative guidance on hiring plans.
- Oversee employer branding sourcing strategies recruitment technology and data-driven hiring metrics.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application through onboarding.
HR Shared Services & Operations
- Lead the HR Shared Services team responsible for employee transactions data integrity and end-to-end HR service delivery.
- Design implement and continuously improve standardized HR processes standard work and workflows.
- Ensure accurate and compliant execution of HR transactions including onboarding offboarding job changes compensation updates and workforce administration.
- Monitor HR service levels and drive efficiency through automation quality assurance and process optimization.
HR Systems & Process Governance
- Partner with HRIS to maintain and enhance system functionality data quality and security.
- Develop dashboards service metrics and reporting tools that support informed decision making across HR and the business.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies regulatory compliance and audit requirements.
People Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team across recruitment and HR operations.
- Collaborate with COEs HRBPs and business leaders to ensure alignment of HR programs and organizational priorities.
- Promote a culture of service excellence continuous improvement and employee-centric HR operations.
OE/Lean
- Actively participates in the implementation of sustainable improvement processes such as 5S Kaizen Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Daily Management Control Standard Work and Problem Solving.

- Demonstrated experience building or managing HR Shared Services or centralized HR functions.
- Strong understanding of HR systems (PeopleSoft iCIMS Kronos or similar).
- Proven ability to streamline processes implement standards and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and changeleadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment with a high level of ownership.
- Ability to read write speak and understand English
