Job Summary
Pay Range: $19-$25/hour for clinical work* (based on experience)

Whatyoull do as a Behavior Technician:
- Work one-on-one with children with autism in one of our centers or a home-based setting.
- Reinforce positive behavior utilizing therapeutic techniques learned in our industry leading training program!
- Track client progress and growth by keeping electronic health data on your company-provided iPad.
- Cultivate a fun and engaging therapeutic environment for clients of all ages.
- Facilitate clients growth in communication social safety and daily living skills based on BCBA led programming and the clients individual needs.

Qualifications

What you need:
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and familiesimpacted byautism!
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- A willingness to learn and comfort navigating tablet technology.
- Access to reliable transportation in case of the need to commute to surrounding areas (including schools ACES locations and client homes).
- Schedule flexibility to conduct sessions at the times most needed by our clients families. We try our best to work with your schedule!
