MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Matric ESSENTIAL
• Relevant Hospitality Qualification ADVANTAGEOUS
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a 5* luxury property as Butler Food & Beverage or Housekeeping ESSENTIAL
• Must be professional well-spoken and presentable for international guests ESSENTIAL
• Must have excellent communication skills in English with polite & gracious attitudeESSENTIAL
• Highly experienced in 5* guest satisfaction and customer service excellence ESSENTIAL
• Computer proficiency: Proficient on POS system for Food & Beverages
• Duties include:Providing personalized service to guests Offering drink preferences to guests before game drivesanticipates the needs of guests serving guests follow up on guest requests Complete and conduct detailed inspection of rooms before guest arrival acknowledge and bid farewell to guests must be dedicated to a group of guests for their entire stay on the propertyESSENTIAL
