DAY SHIFT

Centurion is proud to be the provider ofmedical and mental health servicesto the Florida Department of Corrections.

We are currently seeking a full-timeLicensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Jefferson Correctional Institution located in Monticello Florida.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Corrections experience not required
Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift: Days 7AM-7:30PM; rotating weekends. 36 hours per week.
