Our Buda campus is expanding fast and we need a high-energy Automotive Sales Consultant to keep pace with growing traffic and inventory.

What youll do
Greet every shopper uncover needs and match them with the right Ford or pre-owned vehicle
Drive each deal from test-drive to paperwork using CRM video walk-arounds and digital retail tools
Hit weekly and monthly volume goals while protecting gross and CSI
Stay up-to-date on Ford products incentives and competitors
Build long-term relationships through timely calls texts and social follow-ups

Qualifications

What you bring
Track record in automotive or high-ticket salesor proof you learn fast and close deals
Confident communication presentation and negotiation skills
Tech-savvy: CRM online retail platforms video and social outreach
Self-starter focus plus a team-first mindset
Valid Texas drivers license and clean record
