Summary of Responsibilities:

This position is primarily responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and passionate customer care in a busy financial services call environment. The CSR / Registered Representative is responsible for maintaining a high level discretion when dealing with clients. This position focuses on the general business operations of Regal Securities Inc. and the servicing of Regals discount customers.

Essential Responsibilities:

Guide self-directed investors and internal brokers resolving customer service questions issues and trading platform navigation

Ensure that incoming customer calls and inquires are answered in a timely helpful and polite manner

Resolve issues with occasional difficult or unhappy clients in a professional and efficient manner

Address customer questions or inquires in a courteous and value added manner

Account maintenance including processing change of address requests disbursement requests and support account transfers in a compliant fashion

Assist potential clients with new account questions and paperwork and updating current accounts

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree; knowledge / experience in the Finance Services industry helpful.

Brokerage operations and customer service experience preferred but not required.

High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and establish priorities.

Must be able to function in a busy team environment.

Ability to maintain flexible positive attitude and approach towards assignments.

Must be computer literate and possess intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Certificates Licenses Registrations:

FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Series 7 or 63 preferred but not required for CSR role. Brokerage Operations Registered Rep Trading and/or Customer Service call center experience is a big plus.
