We are currently seeking a full-timeLicensed/Qualified Mental Health Professional to join our team at Chillicothe Correctional Center located in Chillicothe Missouri.

The LPC/LCSW Licensed - Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) provides mental health services to patients in a correctional setting to provide comprehensive mental health care including intake and assessments crisis intervention treatment planning consulting with a multi-disciplinary team and providing individual and group therapy.

Qualifications

Masters level degree in Psychology Social Work Counseling or related field from an accredited educational institution required
Active mental health professional license Missouri: Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (P-LPC) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required
Must show current CPR and Basic Life Support certification
Two years experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred
Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable

Available Shift:Monday-Friday Days 8:00am-4:30pm On-call rotation with stipend
