Compensation: In accordance with California law the expected salary range for this position is posted with this position. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Role Summary: St. Annes Family Services is seeking a reliable and proactive Safety & Site Operations Associateto support the safety functionality and day-to-day operations of our facility. This hands-on role involves monitoring parking areas assisting with event and facility setups supporting safety compliance and providing occasional front desk coverage. Ideal candidates are dependable detail-oriented and thrive in a dynamic environment where customer service and operational efficiency are top priorities.

• Schedule: Monday Friday; 06:00 AM 2:30 PM
• Location: 155 N. Occidental Blvd Los Angeles CA 90026

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce parking policies to ensure proper space utilization compliance and safety across all designated areas.
• Conduct regular safety walkthroughs and support emergency response efforts maintaining compliance with entry procedures and facility safety protocols.
• Assist with event and facility operations including setting up/breaking down spaces moving furniture and performing light maintenance.
• Provide front desk support including greeting visitors managing building access and responding to general inquiries.
• Support inventory and shipment tasks such as receiving organizing labeling and tracking departmental supplies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in facilities operations parking enforcement customer service or a related field
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills to handle inquiries and disputes
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace or visitor management systems
• Physical capability to stand walk and patrol for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs for event setups
• Experience in customer service compliance or building operations
• Bilingual skills (Spanish) for effective communication with community demographics
