This position is for our Lawrenceburg Kentucky location.

Applicants must be available to work weekends and 2nd shift; must be willing to work overtime and be available for training as needed.

Status: Non-exempt (Hourly)

Job Category: Regular Full-Time

Maintenance Technicians must be self-motivated and reliable. Other duties may include but are not limited to:

Performs highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facilitys equipment.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
Perform mechanic skills including (but not limited to): mechanical electrical pneumatic hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Diagnose problems replace or repair parts test and make adjustments.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines equipment and plant facilities.
Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
Use a variety of hand and power tools electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Detect faulty operations and defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.

Comply with the companys safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Regular in-person attendance at the work location is an essential function of this position.

Qualifications

This job requires a high school diploma/GED.
4 years of manufacturing experience preferred; strong pneumatic mechanical electrical and industrial skills; some experience with PLCs and VFDs.
Electrical Journeymans License preferred but not required.
