OAL is privately owned by our surgeons and supported by a team of 400 employees who share a commitment to excellence. At our Lancaster and Lebanon campuses we operate our own outpatient orthopedic surgery centerNPSCwhere we perform a wide range of surgeries including total joint replacements using the most advanced techniques available.

Responsibilities include:
Physician anesthesiologists evaluate monitor and supervise patient care before during and after surgery delivering anesthesia leading the Anesthesia Care Team (MD/CRNA model) and ensuring optimal patient safety in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery practice. Physician anesthesiologists specialize in anesthesia care pain management and critical care medicine. The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player with a favorable work and/or training history. Physician anesthesiologists treat children adolescents and adults between our two locations in Lancaster and Lebanon. The center is open Monday thru Fridays and closed weekends and holidays. There is no call required for this position. Procedures include orthopedic and sedation for pain procedures.
