Qualifications

Qualifications / Requirements:

MD/DO
Unrestricted State Medical License
Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
BC/BE (ABP)
Completion of ACGME Pediatrics Residency program
Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility
BLS
