Earnings & Pay Details
- 2000 miles weekly average
- Mileage rate: $0.56$0.63 CPM ($1120$1260 base experience-dependent)
- Extra unload compensation: $285 per load (you handle it with gravity rollers no pallets or lumpers needed)
- Typical loads: 23 per week $570$855 unload bonus (conservative calc at 2 loads)
- Averagel weekly earnings: $1690$1975 (potential for $2100 on busier weeks)
- Direct deposit every week
Home Time & Flexible Scheduling
- Full weekly home time with 34-hour reset (day flexible per load board)
- No rigid shifts hours adjust to FMCSA HOS rules freight flow and route demands

What the Job Involves
- Hand-unload floor-loaded dry freight (boxed goods 135 lbs each) using gravity rollers at retail stops.
- Expect 26 deliveries per run cases per trailer (seasonal/route variance).
- Average 23 full loads weekly physical but straightforward work for capable drivers.
Paid Training & Equipment
- 3-load mentor program with ride-along ($200 per training day 11.5 weeks total)
- Jump straight to full mileage unload rates post-training
Regional Coverage
Home base in Eastern Texas running lanes through TX NM AZ Southern Nevada Southern Utah and Southern Colorado.

Qualifications Needed
- Active Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months solo TT experience in the last 12 months
- At least 21 years old
- Clean/safe driving record
