Job Summary

Description

Dishwasher responsibilities include:
Cleaning all dishes glasses pots pans and utensils used throughout the shift by employees and guests.
Maintain clean area by following sanitation and safety standards
Set up the three compartment sink for all equipment that has to be hand washed
Be knowledgeable of the chemicals used for each process.
Sweep and mop when needed
Able to lift 25-50 lbs.
Exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length
Requires use of motion that entails bending kneeling pushing pulling stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
