Requirements

Recent graduate (02 years experience) with excellent written & verbal communication.
Proven organisation and follow-through; you love checklists and deadlines.
Confidence with AI/ChatGPT and productivity tools (Docs/Sheets); quick to learn new systems (ATS/CRM).
Coachable resilient and target-driven; comfortable in a fast-moving international environment.
A bachelor degree is essential

Responsibilities

Run full-cycle recruiting: intake sourcing screening interviewing shortlisting scheduling/setting up calls feedback references offers and onboarding support.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines via LinkedIn job boards referrals and market mapping.
Use AI to accelerate search strings outreach interview guides summaries and reporting.
Keep our ATS immaculate (stages notes data accuracy) and produce clear weekly pipeline reports.
Coordinate calendars across time zones; manage candidate and client communications professionally.
Contribute to continuous improvement of playbooks templates and hiring workflows.
