Description

PURPOSE

Cloud5 Communications is seeking a temporary Recruitment Coordinator for 36 months with the possibility of extension. The primary goal is to strengthen the companys recruitment and retention objectives. This position will support HR systems administration (Paycom) recruitment activities background checks and various reporting and administrative tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Manage the recruiting requisition process for the recruitment team
  • Conduct first-level interviews and provide support for hiring events as needed
  • Provide administrative support for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and background check processes
  • Assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with recruiting and recruiting processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Post secondary education in Human Resources or experience recruiting considered an asset
  • Experience with Paycom and recruiting Applicant Tracking systems considered an asset
  • Must consent to and pass a background check
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

CONTRACT DETAILS

  • Duration: 36 months with the possibility of extension
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Work Location: Remote/hybrid office locations are Saint John and Moncton; preference may be given to local candidates.
  • Schedule: Full time temporary
  • Compensation: $18 to$20 CAD per hour
