We are an automotive dealership in Charlottesville VA seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team.
In this role you will:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales department including training coaching and performance management.
- Recruit hire and develop top sales talent.
