We are currently seeking a full timeNurse Practitionerto join our team at Debra K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center and Riverbend Correctional Complex both located in Nashville TN

TheNurse Practitionerworks under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team performing assessments diagnosing patients and medication management.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted Indiana APRN license
• Active unrestricted DEA
• Ability to pass credentialing and background

Shift

• Day Shift
• Monday-Friday (3 days at Debra Johnson and 2 days at Riverbend)
• No nights holidays or weekends
