Reporting to the Manager of IT Operations the Senior IT Engineer will be responsible for improving scaling and maintaining InStrides technology ecosystem across identity endpoints SaaS applications and integrations. This role partners closely with Security Product & Technology Legal and all internal teams to ensure our systems are stable secure and aligned with business needs.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and cross-functional partnership. They excel at navigating complex interconnected systems architecting scalable solutions and creating a frictionless secure technology experience for all InStride employees.
To excel in this role you must bring deep experience operating within a SaaS-first environment and be comfortable navigating complex interconnected systems. Success requires strong technical judgment the ability to design scalable and secure solutions and a structured approach to solving issues across identity endpoints and cloud applications. You should thrive in a collaborative environment communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners and approach challenges with a mindset focused on improving systems reducing friction and enabling a seamless experience for all InStride employees.

At InStride final offer amounts are dependent on multiple factors including location depth of experience interview performance and equity with other team members.

Compensation range:
$80000 - $110000 USD
