Job Summary
We are seeking professional courteous and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Special Event Valet Attendants. This position is responsible for safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles during various special events including weddings corporate functions galas and private parties. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional customer service attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm professional demeanor.
- Safely drive park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area.
- Provide directions answer guest questions and offer assistance when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of keys and vehicles using valet tickets or tracking systems.
- Communicate effectively with event coordinators supervisors and fellow team members.
- Uphold high standards of appearance and customer service at all times.
- Follow all traffic laws and valet procedures to ensure guest and vehicle safety.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have a High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
- Excellent communication guest service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail ability to handle stressful situations with poise.
- Ability to stand for long periods and run short distances.
- Ability to meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds carry up to 10 pounds.
- Friendly energetic and well-groomed appearance.
- Prior valet or hospitality experience preferred.
- Flexible availability including weekends holidays and evenings.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Working Environment:
- Outdoor setting with exposure to weather conditions.
