Aphena is a trusted pharmaceutical solutions provider supporting the pharmaceutical OTC dietary supplement animal health and medical device industries. Our work matters and quality is at the heart of everything we do. Were looking for someone dependable detail-focused and ready to play a hands-on role in protecting product integrity and patient safety.
Schedule & Pay
- 6:00 PM 6:00 AM Monday through Thursday
- $1.50 per hour shift differential
What Youll Do
- Inspect incoming materials in-process work and finished products to ensure compliance with GMPs and documented specifications
- Review production documentation complete first-piece approvals and verify calibration of inspection equipment
- Accurately record data using Microsoft Word and Excel in accordance with Good Documentation Practices
- Investigate and help resolve quality concerns on the production floor
- Support CAPAs non-conformance documentation and compliance with ISO and FDA standards
- Assist with process validations customer complaint investigations and label control activities
QualificationsWhat You Bring
- High school diploma required; additional coursework preferred
- Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment (pharmaceutical or medical device experience strongly preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Clear communication and thorough documentation skills
- Experience with SPC systems graphing or flowcharts is a plus
