Window World is seeking an energetic customer-focused individual to join our team as a Measure/Service Technician serving our Akron and Cleveland locations. This position offers a consistent MondayFriday schedule with a starting salary based on experience.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of products installation methods and service techniques
Accurate measuring of windows bays bows patio doors entry doors and storm doors
Provide excellent communication and customer service
Replace window sashes and parts and make necessary adjustments
Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Previous experience with replacement window and door installation preferred
Positive attitude with an energetic professional demeanor
Strong customer service background
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
Valid drivers license required
Must pass a background check
Must pass a drug test including marijuana
