Under the general direction of the Director of Operations the Community Support Supervisor is responsible for oversight of outpatient and community based services for Grace Harbour. This leadership role is accountable for overall staff experience clinical quality and customer satisfaction within the department.

Compensation: $57917 - $62368
*Final compensation is determined by factors such as education licensure level experience and other qualifications
Position Description:
- Ensure that all Community Support services are provided according to Medicaid and payer service definitions medical necessity criteria and agency policy.
- Provide regular clinical and administrative supervision to Community Support staff including review of documentation treatment plans and progress toward goals.
- Oversee caseload assignment service intensity and contact frequency to ensure compliance with minimum service requirements and clinical need.
- Support staff in using evidence-based and recovery-oriented interventions such as motivational interviewing CBT-based skills training and strengths-based care coordination.
- Monitor timeliness and accuracy of service documentation to ensure compliance with utilization billing and quality standards.
- Review and approve clinical records to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g. Medicaid).
- Provide necessary and appropriate services in the absence and/or support of assigned staff
- Facilitate coordination of care between Community Support therapy psychiatry crisis and external providers.
- Participate in program audits quality assurance initiatives and corrective action planning as needed.
- Conduct staff training coaching and performance evaluations to support professional growth and service and model fidelity.
- Track service delivery metrics and client outcomes; use data to identify trends and implement improvement strategies.
- Engage with referral sources managed care organizations and community partners to maintain effective service collaboration.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards consistent with Grace Harbour and ncgCARE policies and applicable laws.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Preferred: Bachelors degree
- Preferred Experience: At least three (3) years providing community-based behavioral health services with at least one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience.
