Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product lifecycle for a multidisciplinary product portfolio across the International markets region.
- Bring diverse and globally distributed teams together to tackle complex problems and work towards closure.
- Ensure proper communication and updates across regional teams and HQ functions.
- Be an active participant in the NPI community by recommending and adopting methodology improvements into PLC processes to ensure proper launch transition and EOS of our products.

- Lead all PLC projects across the region and portfolio - ensuring all stakeholders are aligned: Sales Sales Operations Marketing R&D Product Management Certification and more.
- Track and communicate key deliverables constraints risks dependencies and clearly identify critical paths while working with various teams towards a common goal.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements diverse project needs and tight timelines.

Requirements:
- . in Industrial or process Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a technical / project management role in a relevant environment - advantage.
- Experienced dealing with hardware & SW products - advantage.
- Experience in project management tools and techniques.
- Highly organized and process-oriented with a focus on execution efficiency and visibility.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira Confluence office suite and collaboration platforms.
- Excellent English & Hebrew communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to:
- Build and foster strong relationships for knowledge sharing and cross-functional influence.
- Know when and how to engage each stakeholder productively.
- Translate product updates into clear actionable messaging for sales teams.
- Translate sales and marketing feedback into actionable insights for product managers.
