We are a business law firm with extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of Irish business-related law and with particular focus on the Energy Technology Financial Services Built Environment Healthcare Life Sciences and Charities sectors.
We are currently recruiting a Recruitment Assistant to join our HR team.
The Role
This is an exciting role which will support the Recruitment Manager and Early Careers Lead as part of the broader HR team. This role will see the successful candidate work to deliver an exceptional candidate experience to applicants and new joiners whilst providing quality support to the HR team and stakeholders as required. They will be involved in scheduling interviews arranging induction amongst other duties to support the firms Recruitment function. This role will involve extensive administration duties and contributing to maintaining accurate live records as well as meticulous documentation. This role will suit an ambitious professional with a keen eye for detail.
Requirements
1 year experience in a similar role within a busy professional environment.
Administration experience including the management and documentation of processes.
Passion for working in a fast paced busy environment.
Strong IT skills and extensive working knowledge of Microsoft office.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
Critical thinking mindset and attention to detail orientated approach.
Related third level qualification is an advantage.
