Searching for a smart creative and passionate product management leader with experiencefacilitatingdata integrationand sharingin healthcare softwaretodriveefficiency datautilizationand delight will have the opportunity toworkdirectlywith customers andinternalcross-functional teams todesign workflows thatensurecustomersgain maximum benefit and ROI via integrationsand data accessacross their ecosystems and thecontinuum of patient care. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the overall success of ourintegration anddataassets frominceptionto launch (and ongoing improvements thereafter). This includes:

• Partner with customers partners3rdpartiesand internal teams to define use cases and bring them to life.
• Serve as voice of the customer to evolve ourintegration and datasharingproduct capabilities.
• Work closely with Services Support Development and other members of the Product Management teamto ensure end-to-end operationalization ofintegration and data solutionsthat support scale and deliver desired resultsforcustomers.
• Establishmonitor and communicate integration best practices to drive scale across all areas of the business.
• Lead and manage continuous improvement of the vendor onboarding process ensuring it scales efficiently and delivers best-in-class experience forcustomers and partners.
• Collect analyze and communicate competitive intelligence related to integration and data solutions providing roadmap recommendations toProduct Management leadership.
• Drive the technical and operational readiness of APIs. Definepublishand communicate integration technology standards frameworks principles and associated roadmap.
• Contribute to revenue growthbased on product adoption and partnership development.
• Specialized experience in software integrations to support the necessary analysis requirements elicitation workflow design user story development for seamless end-to end-workflows
• Contributes to go-to-marketprocessby collaborating as part of the cross-functional team working with 3rd parties involved and providing support to Product leadership to execute GTM strategy.
• Contribute to thought leadership in the industry with our customers and internal teams.
• Stay current with all technology regulatory and operational changes that affect the market product services and roadmap
• Fosters positive relations with other departments
• Participates in critical and escalated client meetings.

• Research develop and recommend go-to-marketpricing and packaging for data solutions.
• Be flexible and agilepossessingthe ability to rapidly adapt to changing situations

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 7years experienceworking in a Product Management organization as a product ownerin healthcare IT preferably inproducts that support healthcare billing revenue cycle management and clinical documentation.
• 5 years experience working with interoperabilityand datasolutions for cloud-based / SaaS products.
• Strong knowledge of APIs FHIR HL7Odatadata dropsandbest practices for implementing these to support various workflows.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows in healthcare environments coupled with the ability tofacilitateworksessionswith customersregardingthe many use cases in which automation integration and data sharing can drive value.
• Experience with datamodeling andleveragingBI tools such as Looker Power BI or similar.
• Experience promoting API reuseâand governance of APIusageboth internal and external developers.
• Experience with Agiledevelopment methodologies.
• Experience defining launching and supporting developer portals including API Marketplaces.
• Pragmatic Marketing certificationstronglypreferred.
