To support our expansion we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (f/m/d) for the Spanish & Portuguese market.

Do you have proven B2B sales experience in the Spanish and Portuguese market with a strong network of contacts ideally in the FinTech InsureTech eCommerce or LegalTech industry

What you can do with us:
  • Identification acquisition and development of potential B2B clients with the aim of establishing long-term and solid business relationships with focus on the Spanish and Portuguese market.
  • Taking on projects in the area of sales/business development.
  • You will be the point of contact for our new clients thereby actively contributing to the success of the team.
  • Conducting market and trend analyses and providing proactive support in the further development of the business model and business development.
  • Preparing pitches and presentations.
  • Representing PAIR Finance at trade fairs exhibitions and other events.
What you should bring for it:
  • Proven track record and substantial experience in B2B sales or business development ideally in the FinTech InsureTech debt collection or LegalTech sectors.
  • An established and extensive professional network in B2C-focused industries across the Spanish and Portuguese markets with the ability to leverage these relationships to open doors and to build a sales pipeline.
  • Mandatory fluent Spanish and English skills are required Portuguese or German skills are a plus.
  • Ability to drive revenue growth and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical affinity enabling you to explain our technology-based service to leads and potential clients.
  • Very good MS Office skills and enjoyment of working with new technologies such as AI.
