The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Quality Multi-Family Manager to support our Final Assembly/Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) team within 787 Quality in North Charleston South Carolina.

Position Responsibilities:
Leads and manages a high performing team of quality professionals
Develops and executes business plans policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
Provides education leadership and coaching on the Quality System
Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners suppliers and direct reports
Manages develops and motivates others
Exhibits Boeing Behaviors and Values
Possesses & influences a mindset of safety quality & excellence
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience inspecting aircraft/aerospace parts components and/or assemblies for conformance with applicable drawings specifications quality standards and manufacturing plans
3 years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal role
3 years of experience leading process improvement activities
Experience working and partnering with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
High School diploma or GED
3 years of experience with workload management
Experience working directly with internal and external suppliers
Prior military related experience
A&P license
