Who you are:

You bring 45 years of accounting experience including at least 12 years in public accounting (strongly preferred).
Youre proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large data sets; strong data analysis is one of your core strengths.
You have excellent analytical problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills.
You thrive in cross-functional collaborative environments and know how to build effective working relationships.
Youre highly organized with strong time-management skills and can balance working independently while also being a strong team contributor.
Youre comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
Youre flexible curious and energized by tackling new challenges and learning new approaches.
You think strategically and can connect day-to-day work to broader business outcomes.
CPA licensure is a plus.

What youll do:

Manage all aspects of customer billing and collections with accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee vendor contracts payments and renewals to ensure strong vendor relationships and streamlined processes.
Lead the month-end close process and prepare monthly financial reporting packages for leadership.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts ensuring accuracy and proactively resolving discrepancies.
Prepare and post journal entries with precision and appropriate documentation.
Lead or support external audits preparing audit work papers and serving as a key point of contact for auditors.
Analyze financial data to identify insights trends and opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to internal controls company policies GAAP standards and external regulatory requirements.
Support ad hoc initiatives and special projects to help the team and business achieve key objectives.

A base salary range of $95K - $105K.
A 2.5% bonus plan based on company performance.
